Located in the bustling Joy City complex along Sanya Bay, LUOLAN Hotel enjoys a prime position that combines beachfront leisure, shopping, dining and urban convenience. Its guests are a diverse mix: tourists chasing the sun and sea, shoppers exploring the commercial district, family vacationers, and young travelers looking for stylish, comfortable accommodation. When Dushang Hotel Furniture Factory was selected as the furniture partner, we focused on creating pieces that fit the hotel’s unique positioning: modern, vacation-friendly, highly durable, and suitable for high-traffic urban coastal hotel operations.

This project differs significantly from traditional luxury resorts, business hotels or remote camps. The core challenge was balancing three key elements: Sanya’s coastal vacation atmosphere, the energetic commercial environmentof Joy City, and the practical demands of daily hotel management. The hotel wanted a fresh, contemporary style that felt relaxing but not overly casual, elegant but not stiff.

Our design direction centered on lightness, warmth and understated modernity. We used a soft, breezy color palette inspired by the ocean and sky—light wood tones, warm beige, and gentle neutral fabrics—to create a calming, vacation-like ambiance. Clean, smooth lines and simplified shapes ensured the furniture felt contemporary and visually spacious, ideal for rooms with a view of Sanya Bay.

Material selection was carefully tailored to Sanya’s coastal environment and high-volume guest flow. We used moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable panel materials to withstand humidity and temperature changes. Surfaces were treated to be scratch‑resistant and easy to clean, essential for a hotel with continuous guest turnover. Upholstery fabrics were chosen for durability, breathability and resistance to daily stains, maintaining a fresh, welcoming appearance even under heavy use.

Functionality was designed around real-life guest behavior. Each guest room features a comfortable bed with stable framing, practical storage solutions, and a compact, well‑positioned working or vanity area that supports both leisure and convenience. We paid close attention to ergonomics, space efficiency and details like stable table structures, smooth drawers and reliable hardware.

In public areas, furniture was planned for high traffic and flexible use. The seating arrangement encourages relaxation and socializing, matching the hotel’s welcoming vibe while supporting the busy flow of guests coming from Joy City’s retail and entertainment zones.

Throughout production and delivery, we maintained strict quality control and efficient coordination. Our team worked closely with the hotel’s project and operation teams to meet tight opening schedules, ensuring on-time delivery, professional installation and minimal disruption.

The completed furniture has become an essential part of LUOLAN Hotel’s appeal. It enhances the guest experience, supports efficient hotel operations, and strengthens the hotel’s brand image in Sanya’s competitive hospitality market.
